Job Description: Branch Manager – Forex

Locations: Gurugram

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager – Forex will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and business development of the branch. This includes managing daily forex transactions, driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, ensuring full compliance with RBI guidelines, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with leadership qualities, a strong understanding of RBI regulations, and experience in forex sales and operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.
  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary National Sales Head to lead IME India’s pan-India expansion strategy. This leadership role focuses on scaling our money transfer business by strengthening agent networks, introducing innovative solutions, and driving adoption of DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittances, and other financial inclusion products.

You will directly collaborate with the CEO and Executive Chairman to shape IME India’s growth roadmap and build a high-performance, customer-focused sales organization.

  1.  Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and implement nationwide sales strategies to drive transaction growth.
  • Expand market penetration for DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittances, and other financial inclusion offerings.
  • Build strategic alliances to accelerate customer and agent acquisition.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-regional sales team.

2. Key Requirements
